Founded in 2018, Enterstate Capital, Ltd. (“Enterstate”) is a boutique capital markets advisory firm focused exclusively on raising equity across two complementary business lines:

Private Equity & Alternative Investment Funds - placing equity for private markets managers across a range of investment strategies, including growth, buyout, venture capital, debt, and credit. We typically raise LP fund commitments, seed and anchor capital for funds, and operating company equity.

Direct Real Estate Capital Raising - raising equity for real estate acquisitions and developments across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and other niche strategies such as self-storage, healthcare, and hospitality. Typical equity structures we raise include real estate joint venture equity (JV Equity), co-GP equity, preferred equity, and operating company equity.

Heidi H. Shiachy, Founder & CEO
Launched and led by Heidi H. Shiachy, an experienced Private Equity and Real Estate investments veteran, Enterstate seeks to provide complete equity solutions to quality private markets managers, allowing them to access capital in the U.S. and abroad. Ms. Shiachy has been involved in numerous high-profile Private Equity, Real Estate, M&A, and buyout transactions. Prior to founding Enterstate, Ms. Shiachy led the due diligence division of a NY-based Private Equity group that manages anchor and seed investments in Private Equity Managers. In this capacity, Ms. Shiachy sourced and facilitated the formation of five underlying funds, including a Private Credit fund in California, Real Estate multifamily fund based in TX and a hospitality-focused fund based in MA. Prior to that, Ms. Shiachy worked at the Private Group of Hapoalim Securities USA Inc., overseeing a portfolio of GP-level interests in funds and direct deals, with aggregate commitments of $1.8 billion AUM. Before that, Ms. Shiachy was an associate with the Corporate Group of Weksler, Bregman & Co., where she advised the exclusive franchisee in Israel for the hotel chains branded as “Crowne Plaza” and “Holiday Inn” on their acquisition activities.

Ms. Shiachy holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago, where she was awarded the Gruss-Lipper Fellowship, and an LL.B. with a dual degree in Law and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ms. Shiachy is a registered attorney in the State of New York.
